Must:
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience within an IT team, specifically in troubleshooting hardware and software. You should possess a solid understanding of networking concepts and be capable of delivering technical support to users ranging from non-technical IT end users to knowledgeable IT professionals.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will require you to deliver 1st through to 3rd line support to users across our organization, assisting them via telephone, electronically, or in person. You will be responsible for logging and updating helpdesk tickets, escalating calls, and liaising with third-party support providers to resolve issues. Additional responsibilities include:
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment
- Managing and supporting both onsite and remote hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
- Supporting wired and wireless networks
- Ensuring software licensing is up to date and maintaining the IT asset register
- Collaborating with other IT team members to secure systems against cyber threats
Description
This full-time position requires you to work 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
