Requirements
Must:
You must be fully eligible to work in the UK and able to travel into the office for this role. We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in fault-finding. Proficiency in Windows Server environments and experience leading migrations to Microsoft Azure is essential. You should also have a working knowledge of network infrastructure and be skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop environments. Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, I will provide essential technical support for our IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, and users. This role involves ensuring the availability of Windows Server and Active Directory environments, setting up and maintaining new hardware and software, and monitoring our Microsoft SQL Server databases. I will adhere to security policies and standards to maintain system and equipment security while leading migrations of on-prem domains to Microsoft Azure. Additionally, I will create and maintain technical support processes, user manuals, and documentation, as well as support IT projects as required.
