Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Understanding of networking, desktop support, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- A proactive, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Full UK manual driving licence (essential for site visits).
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (provided by us).
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site IT support to education customers across Wiltshire.
- Troubleshoot issues with LANs, operating systems, and software.
- Support users with desktop hardware and software queries (Windows/macOS/iOS).
- Use our Service Desk system to manage and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to exciting IT projects during school holidays.
- Maintain documentation and share knowledge across the team.

As a field-based IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first to tackle technical issues, helping educational environments keep their technology running smoothly.
