Requirements
Must:
- Computer graduate or similar
- 1+ years experience in IT Desktop Support
- Familiarity supporting Mac OS X & Windows 10
- Familiarity with wired and Wi-Fi Networking with Windows Active Directory preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues as 1st, 2nd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and replace laptop and PC hardware.
- Provide professional-level phone support to customers.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot network connectivity and wireless access.
Description
We are a global software solutions company with our headquarters located in Victoria, London. We are currently seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will benefit from excellent technical support from our team and will work on-site in Victoria.
