Requirements
Must:
- A background in technical support or customer service
- Experience with data management and manipulation, particularly using CSV files
- Familiarity with SQL or similar technical tools is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to understand issues deeply
- Ability to communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organizational skills to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (at least 2 days WFH)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of onboarding and data processes across Street and Bridge
- Run imports, upload and manipulate CSV data, and trigger automated workflows
- Monitor automated processes and investigate issues when they arise
- Carry out root cause analysis to understand and prevent recurring problems
- Fix or correct data when information is incomplete or inaccurate
- Collaborate closely with engineering and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Introduce more structure and clearer SLAs around onboarding and data processes
- Support onboarding for technical specialists and accounting teams, bridging gaps between them
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements as the role evolves
