Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in 3rd line support or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in environmental infrastructure (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, AD, AppLocker)
- Familiarity with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams
- Experience resolving escalated incidents directly with clients
- Knowledge of patching and maintenance for both test and live environments
- Proficiency in handling PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling
- AD Administration skills including accounts, groups, memberships, and permissions
- Willingness to participate in the On-Call rota for 24/7 support
- Familiarity with VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, RDS, McAfee, and RHEL
- Knowledge of applications such as SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, and CASD is a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot environmental infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve End User issues
- Work directly with client leads on escalated incidents
- Perform patching and maintenance of test and live environments
- Install Anti-Virus, WSUS, RHEL, and other product updates
- Manage PKI Certificates and utilize SIEM tooling
- Provide support to Engineering and Test teams
- Conduct AD Administration activities including managing accounts and permissions
- Participate in an On-Call rota for providing 24/7/365 support
Description
We are a dynamic technology company located in London, seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires you to be onsite five days a week and offers a competitive salary of £55k, along with a 10% DV bonus and an additional 5% bonus. Enjoy 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
