Must:
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal. Strong customer service skills are essential, and while previous call centre experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. You should be organized and methodical in your approach to work, and previous experience in IT support would be advantageous but is not required.
Responsibilities
As a Dutch-speaking Service Desk Adviser, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to our external clients by efficiently and professionally resolving their queries. This includes logging, tracking, and accurately updating support tickets in our system. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate them when necessary. Additionally, you will guide clients through step-by-step solutions over the phone or via email, maintain clear documentation of common issues and solutions to support team knowledge, contribute to ongoing process improvements, and support the team with general IT tasks while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with clients.
