Requirements
Must:
- Good knowledge in supporting the Microsoft 365 tech stack
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- A basic understanding of cyber security concepts and solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing service desk environment is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Provide tech support to clients with a focus on quick resolution of incidents and great customer satisfaction
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, operating system, and application issues
- Process service requests, including new starter, leaver, device onboarding, and offboarding
- Review tickets created by clients for categorization and routing
- Handle incoming client calls, log tickets with correct categorization and resource assignment
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Continuously learn the latest technical best practices to improve efficiency
- Escalate tickets to our Level 2 and Level 3 engineers as per our escalation process

This is a full-time position based at our offices in Kings Hill, West Malling, ME19 4AE, with a work schedule of 37.5 hours per week, including shift-based hours from 08:00-16:30, 09:00-17:30, or 09:30-18:00.
