Must:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a strong understanding of both hardware and software technical support. You should have previous experience in providing support, a solid grasp of operating systems (particularly Windows and Android), and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Being highly organized with great attention to detail is essential, as well as being proactive, professional, and a strong problem-solver. While not essential, we value experience in delivering 1st and 2nd line support within pharmacy or healthcare automation and any previous experience in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be part of a collaborative team providing first and second line technical support to our customers across a variety of hardware and software products. Your daily responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for incoming support queries via phone, webchat, and our ticketing system. You will log and document fixes, create user guides to minimize common customer issues, and escalate more complex technical problems to the relevant teams. Occasionally, you may need to provide on-site support and assist with IT/software projects such as data migration and infrastructure upgrades. Managing the customer support portal, producing satisfaction monitoring reports, coaching colleagues, and participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will support installation, configuration, and network set-up as required.
