Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, particularly in business applications, data, and workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Significant experience in supporting projects to implement/improve business applications.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers to manage application support and development.
- Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using project management methodologies to track IT projects regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Experience with a housing management system.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in supporting the effective use, maintenance, implementation, and improvement of business applications.
- Dedicate a significant portion of time to running IT application improvement projects, including implementing new systems.
- Provide 2nd line support for business applications, resolving user issues, and ensuring system availability.
- Act as a key link between end users, IT teams, and software vendors to ensure that applications meet business needs and operate reliably.
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, fostering their confidence in IT and maintaining a focus on customer service, social impact, and business performance.
