Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience. A strong understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub is essential, and we expect proven experience in building complex workflows, lead scoring, automations, and data structures. You should have experience with HubSpot API and third-party integrations, as well as confidence in managing large datasets and maintaining CRM hygiene. Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, Postman, or similar is also a must. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRMs/ERPs, familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, or Python for API and integration work, and HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, CMS, Operations, or Developer certifications).
Responsibilities
You will take full technical ownership of our HubSpot platform, including setup and configuration. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining custom workflows, deal stages, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and properties. Additionally, you will manage user roles, permissions, and governance across teams. Leading complex automation strategies across the funnel (including email, sales enablement, and operations) will be a key part of your role. You will also develop and manage integrations between HubSpot and various third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Segment, Slack, Zapier, custom APIs) and oversee the technical implementation of custom API integrations using HubSpot’s API and middleware tools. Implementing testing processes for workflows, forms, scoring models, and integrations while troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with HubSpot support as needed will be essential duties.
