Requirements
Must:
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Active Directory
- Advanced knowledge of servicing AV/IT equipment
- Basic understanding of networking
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with a variety of IT equipment
- A full UK driving license (minimum 1 year)
- 3 years of IT Support experience (preferred)
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage IT incidents and service requests, both desk-side and between multiple remote sites
- Carry out installation, support, and maintenance at various client sites as directed
- Advise and liaise with clients of varying levels of IT literacy
- Work within a strong customer service environment with strict service level agreements (SLAs)
- Undertake project work involving hardware and software installation, upgrades, and technical administration for core systems
- Pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, provided by the company
Description

Located in Sutton, Surrey, we offer a competitive salary between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum (negotiable) and provide training in various sectors such as networking and server maintenance.
