Must:
To apply for this role, you must be fully eligible to work in the UK and be able to travel into the office on occasion. We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, familiarity with cloud environments, and experience with APIs, JSON, and XML. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As a Software Support Engineer, you will resolve data and code issues for new customers. Your role will involve analyzing, identifying, and fixing software bugs reported by users or detected through monitoring. You will troubleshoot and resolve support ticket bugs to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. Additionally, you'll monitor support ticket queues and address incidents according to SLAs. Developing and implementing solutions for recurring issues to improve system reliability and efficiency will be a key responsibility. You will also provide technical guidance and training to 1st Line Support, document solutions and processes to enhance knowledge sharing and support efficiency, and stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies through training and certifications.
