Requirements
Must:
- It is an occupational requirement for the worker to be female, as the job involves personal care of a female. This is permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
- Experience as a support worker (1 year preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided).
- A driving license (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work in the United Kingdom (required).

Description
We are looking for people to join our team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live in their community and enjoy a great quality of life. As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping individuals develop social, coping, and communication skills, while being supported by qualified practitioners. We are seeking team players who can lead when necessary, exhibit patience, and have a sense of humor. Clear and calm communication is essential to meet the needs of those we support. Our Support Worker position is full-time, with 33 hours per week (minimum of 3 nights per week), and includes waking night shifts and alternative weekends. We offer a pay rate of £12.35 per hour (from 8 PM to 7 AM) and £65 per night for sleep shifts. An enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
