Must:
We are looking for someone who possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience with first and second line support for hardware, proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, and knowledge of firewall/security setups will be essential for your success in this role.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing first and second line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation.
- Documenting support procedures and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.
