Requirements

Must:
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a Second Line IT support role or a similar position. You should have a strong working knowledge of Windows environments, the Office 365 admin center, and Active Directory. An understanding of networks, printers, EPOS systems, and access control systems is essential. Experience with cloud migration projects is a plus. We value strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure while prioritizing effectively, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. A full UK driving license is required if travel between sites is needed.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will provide second line support for incidents and service requests, specifically supporting leisure-specific applications such as booking systems, point of sale, and access control. You will manage tickets using an ITSM system to ensure timely resolution and communication. Your role will also involve liaising with third-party vendors and service providers to resolve hardware and software issues. You will support the setup, maintenance, and deployment of IT assets across our two locations, acting as a technical point of contact for our managers and team. Additionally, you will assist with project work, including system upgrades and rollouts, create and maintain technical documentation and user guides, and train front-line leisure staff on systems and basic troubleshooting.
