We are looking for a Customer Support professional who possesses strong technical skills and a clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (mandatory).
- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions is a plus (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM & ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and SAP, would be preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
- A structured “can-do” approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment.
- Methodical and conscientious documentation skills.
- A willingness to develop while identifying opportunities through self-reflection.
Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Support Analyst, I will ensure that our growing client base across EMEA receives top-notch support, particularly our French-speaking customers. My key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming a technical expert of our SaaS platform and developing a deep understanding of the fleet management space.
- Serving as a Technical Customer Support professional, addressing technical matters related to our SaaS fleet management products and solutions.
- Handling incoming customer requests, both from external and internal calls & emails, by raising and managing cases with end-to-end accountability. This includes investigating and troubleshooting, analyzing issues, finding resolutions, validating outcomes, escalating matters, and communicating effectively with related stakeholders.
- Actively collaborating with other departments within the organization, as well as dealing with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
- Recognizing patterns in recurring issues and taking necessary actions to achieve the fastest possible resolution while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Description

Our headquarters are located in Reading, but we promote a flexible hybrid working policy, requiring two days in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
