Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience with device deployment and provisioning at scale. Familiarity with Intune and/or Datto RMM is desirable. You should be comfortable imaging, building, and setting up laptops and desktops, as well as having previous experience using ServiceDesk tools to manage and track tickets. Competence in using Excel and basic IT administration tools is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are also key attributes we value. We seek a team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the rollout of Windows 11 devices across our business. Your key duties will include unboxing, imaging, configuring, and shipping laptops and desktops to end users. You will maintain communication with users regarding delivery and handover and will need to track and manage activity using Excel logs and Service Request tickets. Additionally, you will assist with general 1st line IT support tasks as required and accurately update and close tickets using our internal ServiceDesk tool.
Description
This is a practical, on-the-ground support role, ideal for someone confident in device imaging, deployments, and general IT administration. The position is based in the Winchester area and is fully onsite, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Immediate availability is preferred due to project timelines, and the interview process will consist of a one-stage technical call/chat. We encourage local candidates from Southampton, Winchester, and surrounding areas who can attend the site 5 days per week to apply.
