Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong IT background within financial services, particularly with recent experience in Financial Crime or compliance. You should have hands-on expertise with FircoSoft Trust and Continuity, SQL data analysis, and Linux scripting. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and professional certifications such as CAMS, PMP, or ITIL are desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a proven ability to deliver in a regulatory environment.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical roadmap and delivery of Financial Crime systems aligned with our business and regulatory objectives. You will provide hands-on 3LoD BAU support to ensure operational excellence across sanctions screening applications. Collaborating with Compliance, Operations, and global teams, you will translate regulatory requirements into effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will oversee system upgrades, vendor assessments, and major transformation projects.
