We are looking for an experienced Service Transition Lead with a proven track record in managing service transitions across multiple disciplines. You should be able to lead effective Service Transition plans and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in reviewing current processes and recommending best practices is essential.

As our Service Transition Consultant, your primary role will be to contribute to our ongoing transformation journey by ensuring that all elements of our IT Operations adhere to agreed service levels. You will assess existing processes and suggest improvements that will foster a consistent high quality output within the department. Your experience will allow you to make impactful changes quickly and collaboratively.
Description
This position is a 3-month contract based in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, requiring onsite presence 4 days a week with flexibility for 1 day of remote work. We offer a competitive daily rate of £450-£600, which falls outside of IR35. We aim for you to start immediately, preferably during the week commencing 13th October.
