Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a proactive individual who possesses proven experience as an IT Manager (or equivalent) and has a strong track record of developing and delivering IT strategies. You should have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, demonstrable experience in managing system transitions, including training, is essential. A strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions is required. Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or regulated industries is desirable, along with knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or other Microsoft technologies. A degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary, and project management certification is desirable.
Responsibilities
As our IT Manager, I will expect you to develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will provide strategic advice and reports to the Board while planning and implementing new systems. It's important that you develop procedures to ensure efficiency, security, and scalability. You will oversee the delivery of training programs to ensure the effective adoption of new systems and manage the infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and compliance. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external partners and service providers and lead a small IT team.
