Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator with a solid background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms. You should have expertise in system configuration, workflow management, scripting, and third-party integrations. Hands-on experience in providing technical or functional support for NetSuite ERP is essential. A strong working knowledge of SuiteScript, saved searches, custom workflows, and SuiteBuilder tools is required. Additionally, you should have exposure to a range of NetSuite modules, including Finance, CRM, Order Management, and Inventory. Proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools to produce business insights is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for NetSuite-related support queries, providing both initial and escalated assistance. You will maintain and update system settings, including user roles, permissions, and workflow rules. Additionally, you will build and refine saved searches, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making across the organization. Investigating and resolving issues involving integrations between NetSuite and external systems will also be part of your responsibilities.
