- Strong technical development skills and understanding of Maximo best practices
- Experience delivering within agile teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Maximo development, configuration and technical fixes within an agile delivery model.
- Lead and contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with Maximo best practice and future platform capabilities.
- Participate effectively in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives.
- Produce code and configuration to a consistently high standard.
- Provide consultancy-level guidance on Maximo capabilities and roadmap, supporting discussions with business stakeholders.
- Work proactively identifying improvements, raising clarifying questions, suggesting options and supporting continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and confidently on technical issues, solution approaches and progress updates.
Description
We are seeking experienced Maximo professionals for our aviation client to join a high-performing agile delivery team on an initial 3-month contract. This remote role requires commitment for 3 days per week and offers a negotiable rate (outside IR35) with potential extensions. Join us to support a major programme of Maximo development, configuration, and technical enhancements.
