Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven hands-on experience in Biovia OneLab configuration and deployment. You should possess strong expertise in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols. A deep understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and laboratory workflows is essential. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both business stakeholders and technical teams is also required. Familiarity with GxP, validation documentation, and compliance standards is important, along with excellent problem-solving, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with site quality teams to gather and analyze business requirements. You will be responsible for configuring and deploying Biovia OneLab workflows, protocols, and templates aligned with operational needs. Collaboration with the Biovia implementation partner will be key to ensuring successful solution delivery and alignment with platform capabilities. You will also set up and manage integrations between OneLab and other enterprise systems such as LIMS, ELN, ERP, and MES. Compliance with regulatory standards, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal validation protocols, is crucial. You will troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues, document configuration and integration processes for validation and audit readiness, and provide training and support to end-users and quality stakeholders. Acting as a liaison between Quality Business and Quality IT, you will ensure cohesive and compliant solution implementation.
Description
This position is based in Surrey, requiring three days of work per week. We are seeking a highly skilled Biovia OneLab Developer to support the configuration and deployment of OneLab solutions tailored to site-specific quality requirements. This role involves close collaboration with the Site Quality Team, Quality IT, and the implementation partner, Biovia, to ensure seamless solution delivery and integration.
