- Experienced in supporting IT networks, hardware, and software within a multi-site or educational environment (or keen to develop in this area).
- Confident in providing hands-on technical support and excellent customer service to staff and students.
- Able to work independently and flexibly, prioritizing workloads effectively.
- A strong communicator and problem-solver with a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
As part of my dedicated IT Services Team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing the Trust’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring our network, hardware, and software operate smoothly across multiple school sites.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting a range of devices, including PCs, laptops, and iPads.
- Managing user accounts and software licenses.
- Responding efficiently to support requests via the IT Helpdesk.
- Being involved in the rollout of new systems, software, and devices, including testing and training.
- Ensuring data protection, information security, and health and safety standards are always upheld.
