Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an IT/Technology role within the telecoms/satcoms or maritime industry.
- Interest in technology and a desire for ongoing self-development.
- Eligibility for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries by responding promptly and efficiently, ensuring expectations and contractual obligations are met and, where possible, exceeded.
- Perform RF troubleshooting, analyze satellite link statistics, and provide network reports as needed for internal and external customers.
- Provide hands-on technical support and manage internal and customer IT infrastructure.
- Ensure 24/7 service availability by responding to inquiries, providing 2nd line support, monitoring networks, and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain records, develop technical expertise, improve processes, and support 1st and 2nd line teams.
