Requirements
Must:
- Must have experience as an Infrastructure Support Analyst, Engineer, or 2nd Line Support.
- Admin-level experience with Office 365 is essential.
- Proficiency in Routing, Switching, LAN, WAN, Firewalls, and Security.
- Candidates should be commutable to Tiverton 2-3 days a week.
- Experience or exposure to Azure is highly beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Line Support initially and transition into a hybrid Support/Infrastructure Engineer role.
- Work predominantly with Office 365, routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and firewalls.
- Report directly to the Head of IT and contribute to the technical operations of the business.
