Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an experienced field-based Application/Product Specialist to join our team. You should have a strong background in software modifications and product maintenance. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide customer support are essential. As this role will require a customer-facing approach, you must be personable and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, a willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary is important.

In this role, you will support software modifications and maintain our products. Troubleshooting and providing customer support will be key components of your daily tasks, along with performing new installations on our systems. You may also assist with product demonstrations and provide post go-live support onsite. Your ability to connect with customers and address their needs will be crucial to your success.
Description
This is a 12-month contract position, based in the North of England and Scotland, with compensation ranging from £200 to £230 per day PAYE or £265 to £305 umbrella.
