Requirements
Must:
As our Integration & Support Developer, you will need:
- Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integrations (REST/JSON)
- Experience with C#, Angular, and Razor
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (student records, finance, access control, etc.)
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics, or a related discipline is highly desirable
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations, imports, and exports between core systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Provide 3rd line support, including root cause analysis, bug fixing, and performance tuning
- Contribute to the ongoing integration strategy and tooling improvements
- Support client onboarding and feature rollouts
- Produce clear technical documentation and engage in knowledge sharing
- Participate in a support rota covering UK and CST hours
