Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a technically skilled Integration & Support Developer with:
- Strong commercial experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integrations (REST/JSON).
- Commercial experience with C#, Angular, and Razor.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (such as student records, finance, access control, etc.).
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths, Physics, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As our Integration & Support Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations, imports, and exports between core systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide 3rd line support, including root cause analysis, bug fixing, and performance tuning.
- Contribute to the ongoing integration strategy and tooling improvements.
- Support client onboarding and feature rollouts.
- Produce clear technical documentation and engage in knowledge sharing.
- Participate in a support rota covering UK and CST hours.
