Requirements
Must:
We’re looking for candidates who have a solid understanding of remote desktop environments and networking, as well as experience in supporting ERP Software Applications or similar applications. You should be a confident communicator, comfortable providing remote support and guiding customers through solutions. Experience in configuring software on PCs remotely is essential, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify recurring issues. Familiarity with SQL and C# would be welcomed, although they are not required.
Responsibilities
As a 1st/2nd Line Software Support Analyst, you will take ownership of delivering remote support to keep our customers running smoothly. You will act as the go-to expert for our 1st Line team, guiding and mentoring them while helping to resolve escalated issues. Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless support experience will be key parts of your role. You will maintain accurate updates in our CRM/ticketing system, dive into incident resolution and root cause analysis, and collaborate closely with 3rd Line teams to tackle complex challenges. Additionally, you will engage in workshops and improvement sessions to help shape smarter systems and better experiences for our customers.
