Must:
To be considered, your CV should demonstrate:
- A proven track record at a senior level within ServiceNow development
- Experience working in an Agile engineering environment
- Broad knowledge of ServiceNow modules and how they interact
- Expertise in process/solution integration and workflow design (including Event Flow Handler)
- Strong technical grasp of API, JSON, MID Servers and associated integration technologies
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be looking for someone to:
- Interpret user stories and support development through to completion
- Implement new functionality and solutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and external UI experts
- Drive platform innovation across ITSM, Employee Centre, Cyber, Change, and Payments
