Requirements
Must:
- Background in software or application support, ideally with a product-led company
- Strong SQL, Windows, and database skills
- Clear, confident communication skills, especially by phone
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and remote access platforms
- IT degree or similar technical qualification
- Quick learner with a hands-on, proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Managing support tickets and inbound calls using Jira
- Troubleshooting issues across SQL, Windows, and internal databases
- Supporting software configuration, setup, and client onboarding
- Delivering remote user training and documentation
- Testing and validating fixes and updates before release
Description
We are recruiting a Technical Support Analyst for our software company specializing in bespoke systems. This is a 100% office-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem-solving and user-facing work. This position would suit a Software Support Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Product Support Specialist, or a 2nd Line Support Engineer with experience supporting configurable platforms. You’ll be working across SQL, Windows, and database environments, supporting bespoke software used by external clients.
