Requirements
Must:
- I require a valid HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered, no more than 6pts).
- You must have a digital tachograph card and full CPC.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with C+E is essential.
- You should be able to work as part of a team and also demonstrate initiative.
- Good geographical knowledge is necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- You should have driven Class 1 vehicles within the last 6 months.

- Your role will involve supermarket and general haulage deliveries.
- Adherence to all Tachograph, Driver, and Road Regulations is mandatory.
- You will conduct pre-start vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
- Completion of all legal and customer-relevant paperwork is part of your responsibilities.
Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and conscientious HGV Class 1 trampers for our Wrexham operation, working the following night shift patterns: 4 on 4 off night tramping and Mon to Fri night tramping. Additional hours and shifts will be available if required. For your work, I offer remuneration of £14.50 per hour for weekday nights, £16.00 per hour for weekend nights, and a night out rate of £25.00. You will be supplied with company uniform and PPE, and we value our drivers highly as essential members of the Owens team. Owens Road Services is committed to equality of opportunity.
