Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates who have the ability to demonstrate effective skills in IT support with proven experience in an IT Support based role.
- I require experience with Hyper-V and Server OS.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems, especially Yeastar Hosted Phone Systems, is essential.
- I expect excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
- Previous experience within a similar role in an MSP environment is necessary.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- You will manage incidents and support requests at the 2nd/3rd Line level while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- You will be responsible for setting up Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
- You will take on key responsibilities for transitioning new clients and transferring knowledge to the Service Desk team.
- Regular system checks and audits at customer sites will be part of your role.
- You will ensure the best possible service levels are provided, fostering a professional and customer-focused ethos within the team.
- Customer support will be a key part of your responsibilities, including taking support calls and solving technical issues remotely.
- Supporting VOIP systems such as Horizon, 3CX, and Yeastar will also be part of your duties.
- You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rota.
