Description
At MIL Collections, we are a dynamic and positive workplace located in the heart of Truro. We are seeking a confident, motivated individual with transferable skills to join our Specialist Team. You’ll be responsible for managing accounts and contacting customers to recover arrears, aiming for the best outcomes every day. We provide training to ensure your success, and our Training and Development manager will be there to praise, encourage, and guide you through your initial weeks and months with us. We offer a pay range of £15.00–£25.00 per hour (OTE £50,000+ with bonuses and commissions), along with opportunities for advancement in our growing company. Benefits include paid company events, incentives, access to third-party training, and a company pension with performance, loyalty, and yearly bonuses. Our working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with Saturday shifts 1 in every 4 weeks from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. This is a full-time, permanent position with expected hours of 37.5+ per week.
