Requirements
Must:
- A tenacious and proven troubleshooting ability at a second-line level.
- A determined approach to your work with the skills to resolve a range of IT issues.
- A valid driver's licence.
- A proven background in a managed service provider environment is preferred.
- Outstanding IT troubleshooting skills that can be evidenced.
- A willingness to provide first-in-class IT expertise to a phenomenal array of clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class IT services and expertise to a diverse range of clients.
- Troubleshoot various IT issues across applications and infrastructure at a second-line level.
- Ensure that clients are protected and trained in terms of cybersecurity.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of IT.
