ERP Support Coordinator

As the ERP Support Coordinator, I will oversee and manage the daily operations of our Priority Software ERP system. My responsibilities will include providing first-level technical support for users and resolving issues efficiently. I will collaborate with IT and external providers to troubleshoot technical problems, monitor system performance, and identify areas for improvement. I will also develop and deliver user training programs, create guides and documentation, and gather feedback from internal departments for system enhancements. Coordination of solution testing and reporting any negative results will be part of my role as well. In addition, I will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for system usage and data management. Conducting regular audits of data integrity, ensuring compliance, and developing protocols for testing system changes will be integral to my duties.
