Support Worker

At Lexrae Support, we are a dedicated provider of supported living care services, focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse needs such as autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues, and challenging behavior. Currently, we have two full-time roles available in Donnington and one in Ketley, requiring full flexibility. The roles will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the quality of applicants. You will work closely with adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors, actively engaging in their support while promoting their independence and decision-making regarding their development.
