Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support is essential.
- Previous experience with M365 technologies.
- Customer service-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver.
- A logical thinker with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and devise solutions to problems.
- Experience in assisting with and delivering small-scale projects.
- A valid car and driving license is essential for visiting local sites when needed.
- Strong technical aptitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees both onsite and remotely.
- Assist in the maintenance of IT hardware and installation of software.
- Undertake project work and provide in-person support at other office locations as needed.
- Work with external third parties to resolve issues when necessary.
- Manage onsite systems and collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficiency in handling requests.
- Keep customers informed on request status and updates.
- Update documentation on IT systems and processes as necessary.
- Assist in the delivery of IT projects and lead those assigned to you.
