IT Support Engineer

In this role, I will expect you to provide first and second-line support to internal teams and external clients via phone, email, and in-person. Your tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Managing user accounts and permissions on various platforms, including Active Directory and Office 365, will also fall under your duties. You will monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution of issues while escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. Additionally, you will document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations. Your involvement in the implementation of new technology projects and IT infrastructure improvements is crucial, as is providing training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and tools. Staying current with the latest technology trends and advancements is expected so we remain at the forefront of technology.
