We are looking for candidates with a technical mindset and experience in a similar technical support and service coordination role, as this position requires expertise in managing technical inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities
As our Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Provide support during the installation and commissioning phases of packaging machines and lines at customer sites.
- Coordinate between the Aftersales and Service teams to plan and execute post-sales service orders.
- Review and communicate all necessary technical information to field technicians, ensuring clarity and completeness prior to interventions.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers to define solutions and corrective actions during the post-installation phase.
- Serve as a direct interface with technical departments in Italy (engineering, production, testing) for analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.
