Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have previous care experience, although it is desired rather than mandatory. An NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. All candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Strong English and communication skills are essential.

As a Support Worker, your duties will include:
- Assisting individuals with toileting, washing, feeding, and dressing.
- Participating in household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and gardening.
- Preparing and serving food as part of a nutritional and well-balanced diet while adhering to food hygiene standards.
- Accompanying service users to healthcare appointments when necessary.
- Actively engaging in the provision of day care and leisure activities for service users and encouraging them to utilize local facilities.
- Accurately recording details in care plans, diaries, and cash books regarding activities and events, and communicating relevant information to other staff members.
- Facilitating and supporting service user interactions with their family and friends in the most beneficial way.
