Must:
We require immediate availability to start right away. You should have at least 2 years of experience in an IT Support or Systems role. A solid confidence in Windows environments and Office 365 is essential, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and a proactive approach to getting things done are also key attributes we are looking for.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple UK and Ireland sites. Your responsibilities will include resolving day-to-day IT tickets and incidents, supporting Windows desktops and laptops, as well as printers and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, administer Office 365 and Active Directory, and assist with user setups, access management, and device configuration.

We are partnering with a leading logistics organization that is urgently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their busy IT team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on support, ensuring systems run smoothly, and thrives in a fast-paced, connected environment. The contract is for 3 months and is based in the Ballyclare area (onsite role). The hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with an ASAP start date.
