Requirements
Must:
To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a similar IT position, ideally supporting software and applications. We require a good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server technologies, including the M365 suite and Windows Server. Knowledge of bespoke in-house legal applications, particularly iManage and BigHand, would be beneficial. Relevant experience with specific technologies such as Azure, Intune, Windows Server, SCCM, and PowerShell is also advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join our technical team and provide application support across the business. Your tasks will include recording, diagnosing, monitoring, and resolving problems. You will deliver a broad range of second-line support through various channels including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Collaborating closely with the service desk team, you will handle escalations as required.

The position comes with a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
