Product Support

In this role, I will expect you to take the initiative to identify and address issues before they escalate, manage your time and tasks efficiently, own outcomes, and follow through on commitments. You will be adjusting quickly to changing priorities and working independently to achieve goals while focusing on high-impact tasks. I need you to find solutions and make decisions using available resources, seek feedback for self-improvement, and keep stakeholders informed while asking for help when needed. You will be leading and motivating cross-functional teams during development projects, facilitating collaboration and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. You will provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure accountability for deliverables while supporting your colleagues' professional growth through coaching and feedback. Conflict management is key, as is fostering a positive, inclusive team environment. Your role will also include interacting with external customers and internal teams to resolve issues, communicate clearly, and provide product support and guidance. Host workshops, document minutes, and assign actions will be part of your responsibilities.
