Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 2 years of experience in an ICT and/or Telecoms Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
- I expect solid experience in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- I appreciate a passion for teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- I prefer candidates who are comfortable using CRMs and documentation solutions.
Responsibilities
- I will have you answer inbound calls from customers who require technical help.
- You will ensure that customer faults and incidents are responded to and resolved within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- I expect you to demonstrate ownership, accountability, and strive for 'First Call Resolution.'
- You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues remotely over the phone and by email.
- If the issue cannot be resolved at the first point of contact, I need you to triage the query and pass it on to our engineering team.
- You will investigate and monitor all related Telecoms, ICT, network, workstation, laptop and application performance issues.
- I require you to communicate clearly and effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will ensure all open cases are updated with relevant information and that customers are regularly kept informed.
- I expect you to provide consistently first-class service and contribute additions and updates to existing process documentation to keep our solutions up to date.
Description
At Flotek Group, we are a fast-growing Tech Company based throughout the UK providing IT and Comms technology to small and medium businesses. Our ambitious growth is grounded in our core values and fundamental rules, with every product and service delivered with expertise, passion, and heart. This full-time permanent position is located in Pencoed, Bridgend, and offers a salary range of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum. You will work 5 days per week, 8 hours each day, during our open hours from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 18:00. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a Staff Share Equity Scheme, a customer referral incentive, onsite parking, and generous holiday entitlement that starts at 21 days and increases to 25 days after 4 years of service (in addition to bank holidays). Please note that due to the nature of this role, we are unable to offer sponsorship or relocation assistance; thus, candidates must already reside in the UK.
