Requirements
Must:
- Essential: 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, or educated to A Level standard, or educated to HND level.
- Preferred: IT Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: Similar role in another organization or IT graduate/equivalent preferred; exposure to understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve problems, installing and testing new hardware/software as necessary.
- Assist users with various IT problems, both in person and remotely, including training on new and existing software and hardware (e.g., MS365 including Power BI).
- Maintain records of troubleshooting procedures, solutions, projects, and software procedures.
- Project manage IT projects for new and enhanced software to improve productivity within FSC Group systems.
- Backup for the Netsuite IT Manager, assisting where required, especially in areas not covered by the Cloud Tamers.
- Collaborate with sustainability staff to improve company performance in sustainability initiatives using automation and changes in working practices.
- Establish IT Best Practices for FSC Group.
