Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail, customer service, or MSP environment is preferable.
- Experience working with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Office 365.
- Capable of working under pressure to resolve IT incidents within set SLA timeframes.
- IT-related qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Confident communicator with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in proven fault identification and troubleshooting is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Assist the 1st Line helpdesk team with any technical queries.
- Escalate complicated technical issues to the 2nd/3rd line team.
- Log calls on the in-house CRM system.
- Respond to issues raised via the ticketing system and ensure issues are logged correctly.
- Utilize RMM tools to provide remote IT support to customers.
- Manage Active Directory in line with company HR procedures.
- Perform 1st line troubleshooting and attempt to identify root causes.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure customer standards are maintained.
- Carry out ongoing training on internal, custom-built systems.

We’re seeking a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our friendly and talented Helpdesk team. We expect the successful candidate to demonstrate enthusiasm for technological innovations and provide first-class customer service to ensure all IT issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours a week, located in Burton, Derbyshire, and is a permanent role.
