Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience working in a service or administrative environment is beneficial, ideally within a service industry.
- An understanding of building maintenance services or similar environments is beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong literacy skills, with good spelling and grammar.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- I will provide support to our clients, engineers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- I will receive and respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, colleagues, engineers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- I will liaise with customers to provide timely updates on job statuses.
- I will log client requests and call outs on our CAFM system.
- I will update the system with appropriate information from clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- I will plan and monitor engineers’ workloads across the UK.
- I will undertake general helpdesk administrative duties.
- I will generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
- I will produce and issue client reports for key accounts.
- I will monitor and manage operational KPIs to achieve SLAs.

We are Evotech Technical Services, part of the Evotech Group, a mechanical & electrical / HVAC maintenance company that operates nationally throughout the UK. We support a wide range of clients within the retail, healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors. Our mission is to help people, organizations, and businesses create and maintain safe, healthy indoor spaces by providing a variety of specialist technical services. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, working up to 40 hours per week between 08:00 am and 17:00 pm. The starting salary is from £28,000 depending on experience. We offer a performance-based bonus scheme, additional hours (overtime), 25 days holiday per year (pro rata) plus bank holidays, company pension, sick pay, and life assurance.
